Hacienda del Alamo is a first-class Golf Resort, a gated community with 24h security built on 630 ha. The resort counts with two 18 hole golf courses designed by Dave Thomas. It is located near the Spanish town of Fuente Alamo. At present one excellently looked after 18 hole course is playable. The heart of the resort is a "Spanish Village" with commercial centre, bars and restaurants. There is also a 4 star hotel with wellness centre. A lot of the carefully planned villas are build on 1000 m2 plots. Room sizes are generous. Typical Murcia region mountain rages give a distant natural frame to the resort. SPORT FACILITIES: Two 18 hole golf courses, Golf Acadamy and 6 full size practice holes (will probably be extended to 18 holes), tennis centre with 13 courts (and even more courts in the resort), three professional soccer fields (training of top clubs), horse riding stable.

Hacienda del Alamo with a total investment 700 mio Euros is, 50% owned by La Caixa Catalunia (third largest savings bank in Spain). The golf course is already playable and every day more amenties can be found on site. The Golf Academy has opened doors, aswell as the fine restaurant "Hacienda", "The Spaniards Bar" and the snack bar "it" and sports facilities are already partly available.
